Steps and sleep data sync with delay

I have Fenix 3 HR and Connect Mobile on iOS - both updated to latest software versions. Although my watch and my phone are showing the right time (automatically set), my sleep and step data are always showing up as if I am living in a different time zone.
This is not true for other activities like running. They show the correct time & date.
I think the issue is raising from the last trip I made to Singapore (CET+7 hrs). While syncing the sleep and step data something happened last time after the plane trip but unable to fix.
Any ideas or anyone else having a similar issue?

  • Check the time zone in your device setting in web Connect. While you're at it, also check your user settings from the head & shoulders icon / settings/ display settings screen.

    Hi Phil, thanks for the suggestion. I have already checked all settings and all show correct time. That's why also normal activities show correct time. I have also tried deleting the connect app and reinstalling, etc.
    no solution yet.
  • Same for me - and loads of other people if you search around on this forum. I suggest you file as many bugs as you can with Garmin to get their attention. Hopefully they will fix it at some point.
