Unable to edit activity in Garmin Connect Mobile app

I have been unable to edit cycling activities in GC Mobile since the latest 3.11 updates. I get the "Unable to edit activity. Try again." error, together with a red band at the top of the screen that shows "Network Connectivity Error". See attached screen shot.

I only have the problem with cycling activities recorded with Garmin Edge 1000. I have a couple of other cycling or running activities recorded with Vivoactive HR that I am able to edit. I am not able to edit various activity fields - I have tried activity name, distance, type. I have tried over WiFi and over wireless cellular provider, no luck.

Versions:
- Garmin Connect Mobile 3.11.1.26
- iOS 10.0.2
- Garmin Edge 1000 firmware 10.0

Has anyone else noticed the same problem?

    Yes, I'm seeing the same since last update. As soon as you edit any field, e.g. the activity name, and try to save, you get this error. Very annoying.

    Yes, me too, i use iPhone 5S and Garmin edge 810 and have the exact same problem on Garmin Connect Mobile app.
    I alerted Garmin to the problem more than a week ago and got the usual replies asking me to basically reset everything which I did....didn't work as usual.
    wonder how long it will take Garmin to sort out...the clock is running...again!

    Editing Problem

    I'm also having the same issue.
  • Count me in that boat, can't edit anything in the app, have to go to the web interface.

    Same issue here...activity created from Fenix and synced to mobile GC cannot be edited (network error). However, if I upload a fit file to GC on laptop, I can edit that file in mobile GC.

    If you have a problem the correct approach to get Garmi's attention is to report the problem through the support channels. This, as has been said repeatedly, is essentially a peer-to-peer forum. By all means post here and see if anyone has a solution, but if you want action contact Garmin support.
  • not yelling, reported to GARMIN without any acknowledgement or assistance. Was hoping someone else had resolution to issue. Disappointing when it worked correctly before update, now it doesn't. I hate upgrades, always messes stuff up.

    Updated Garmin Connect Mobile today to version 3.12.0.8 seems to have fixed the problem for me, hope it works for everyone else.
