Garmin Connect App keeps logging me out

Former Member

iPhone 6s user running iOS 10, and I noticed that I keep getting logged out of the app whenever I dont look at it for a few hours. This happens regularly and I can't pinpoint whats causing it. Anyone else seeing this behavior. Frustrating!

Perhaps deinstall the Connect App and reinstall, see if that works

    我的Garmin connect也遇到相同的狀況,

    每天早上開機就要重新登錄,

    寫在這裡Garmin 公司的相關人員看得到嗎?

  • Same problem iPhone X, iOS 13.3,

This has been going on too long

    Sort it Garmin

  • Also now getting this, iPhone 6s iOS 13.  New 245M with the 4.0.0 firmware, and it's a piece of mince.

Garmin Connect kicks me out, then I need to log in, then resync my watch.  Now I've tried to do it and it's gone in to a "troubleshooting mode".

Aaargh garmin I hate everything you make why did I get another of your scam devices?

    I call the maintenance.

They told me to sweep out the app.

    then download the app again.

    The problem had been solved.

  • Same here. Very frustrating and time wasting! Hope they fix it soon.

  • Every time I navigate away from the app (always leave it open in the background) I have to relig in as if I’m have a new devise. It’s a huge time waster as it often doesn’t “find my watch” or the app thinks it can’t connect to the watch ... but both watch and phone say they’re connected. Hope a new app update comes out soon to fix it.

  • I am having the same issue for over a month.  It happens every Monday where I have to delete the app, reload it, re connect my watch and then re sync it.  Every Monday the same thing...I open the app and it wants me to connect a new device, the fenix 5 is not shown as an option.  Then I have to navigate to all devices and select it.  Then it tells me that the watch is not on or in range.  All the while I receive notifications on my watch so I know it is connected.  Every Monday!  Argh!  Any wisdom from the Garmin folks?

  • Happens to me every time I open the app

I have asked Garmin”s customers services.

His answer is : delete the apps, and download again.

    Problem solved.
