Regarding info in the German forum the widget uses Digital Cyclone: http://www8.garmin.com/pressroom/corporate/010507.html It might be worth trying the Accuweather app from the ConnectIQ shop, because the forecasts of Accuweather's iOS and Android apps are pretty good for Europe. Maybe compare to their website first, which show identical data compared to their apps.
