Synchs but no data transfers

Have had my vivomove for 2 weeks and it's been working great. Synchs whenever I try, data looks very accurate. Tried to synch this am and my iPhone says it is syncing then the bar turns green and it says the synch was successful but no data is transferred and my device says last synch was yesterday. Have reloaded Garmin Connect on my phone and done a hard reset on my device but am unable to get a synch. Is it just dead? 😚 Gail

    My watch stopped transferring data on 7/9. I have done the same steps as you have with no success.

    Same issue

    Having the same issue. Could it be the app and not the hardware?

    I am glad to see people having the same issue. It tells me it could be some sort of server error on Garmin's end that is effecting all of us. I sent an email to support.

    Vivomove Not syncing since yesterday!

    I am having the same problem and only got my vivomove 3 days ago! Very frustrating. I've sent an email to support also.
  • No Data Transfer from vivomove

    Same issue here. Tried To remove and add in the App, But still have the same problem.
    Mine stopped working Friday evening.
  • Same for me as well. I haven't had a sync since the 6th, however, there were a couple of days I forgot to sync, was expecting to catch everything up yesterday morning and nothing.

    It shows it's syncing but nothing syncs. I tried deleting the app and setting it up new again, but no luck.

    I also tried syncing through Garmin Express and it told me my device wasn't supported.

    I don't see any progress in Activity and inactivity Status after resetting (pressing 15s the crown To try to solve the sync problem) my vivomove. Activity and inactivity Status is empty. Did someone see anything ?

    I have the same issue, the sync fails to transfer any data even though it appears to have completed successfully.

    and so do i, why have there been no responses with a solution have you all thrown your vivomoves away?
