Fenix 3 and connect mobile

Hi

When syncing with Garmin connect mobile the activities are coming through but device is unknown. Not sure why. It worked originally.

I tried to remove the watch and add it again (the fenix). However it is still not recognised when completing an activity. Please help.

When it syncs it recognises my watch. And also in devices it knows it's connected. Just not when doing activities. So the names of runs etc are 'untitled '. Frustrating.

Any help would be jolly nice.

Same here. Elevation data is trasfered incorrectly. F3 says ascension was today 300m and GCM says it was 20m

Same thing here. Fenix 3 on 6.80 and unknown device on garmin connect

Same thing with 6.80 and 6.90

I had the same issue "device shows as unknown" with version 6.80. I just upgraded to 6.90 a day ago and did a run today - same thing shows "Unknown" in both Connect mobile and Web. Funny thing is that my friends in Garmin connect have the same Fenix 3 with version 6.80 and 6.90 and I see their activities showing the correct device info. :)
