I have a Garmin Vivosmart with the latest firmware, version 3.60. I have an iPhone 5s using iOS 9.1 with the latest Garmin Connect.
The Vivosmart appears to be connected to the iPhone by bluetooth without issues. Notifications are working fine on my Vivosmart - so texts, calls etc are showing up on the Vivosmart as an when they flash up on the iPhone.
Syncing, which I do most days, was working fine until this morning.
Today, when I go into the Connect App, it starts to sync with the blue bar showing some progress, then after a few seconds it displays in red that there is a sync fail.
I have tried closing and reopening the Connect App, toggling airplane mode on the iPhone, restarting the iPhone and pressing the sync button on the Vivosmart while the Connect App is open, with no success (just the same blue bar initially indicating a sync, followed by a red bar showing a sync fail).
Help anyone?
