Unfortunately Connect has stopped working

I have the Garmin Connect mobile app on my Samsung phone.

I can view all my activites on my dashboard - but once I click on the activity to see more details I get "Unfortunately Connect has stopped working".

I have a new phone and it is still the case (it was also occuring on my old phone)

Any ideas?
  • connect has stopped working

I have the same issue. It worked fine until yesterday. Samsung phone as well. for me the crashing only occurs when clicking on the "steps" on the dashboard. Screen pops up briefly, then I get the "Unfortunately, Connect has stopped working".

    Garmin, please respond.

Same thing started happening to me too since Friday - crashing when clicking on the steps. At the same time sleep recording stopped working.
Not sure if it's GCM problem or GC problem.

Same here! I'm a relatively new user and anytime I try to access the "steps" activity GCM crashes (app version 2.14 on Android 4.4.2 (sdk ver: 19)).
So, it seems the app is buggy because on the web site everything is working fine.

Garmin : do you need more information to investigate the problem?

Version 2.14.1 fixes this crash. Google is pushing the update to everyone's Android device.
