New phone : no history on garmin explore

Hello

I've been forced to send back my phone to after-sales services, and to use an old phone of a friend of mine.
I logged back to my garmin apps but despite using the good login, I have no activities history on my garmin explore app. All my activities are visible on the Garmin connect app though.

Even stranger : on the explore website, I can retrieve all my old activities ... but not those since the phone switch ! 

I since confirmed my email, but I am desperate to understand how the *** I can link this app to my account history ...

And since this phone is temporary, I am going to switch back to a new phone in a few days/weeks so this issue may occur again then !

PS: I am sure this is the right account, the email is the same, and I even have the good profile picture ...
