When I tap Challenges in Garmin Connect, I receive the message “An error has occurred.” I updated Garmin Connect to version 5.24 yesterday, but the error persists. I also signed out of the app and restarted my Android device, which did not resolve the issue.
Background
On 4/20, I contacted support, but no solution was provided, so a ticket was opened. I later received an email advising me to update Garmin Connect.
