Body Battery total displays but not changes

I recently switched from a Garmin Instinct 2 Solar to an Instinct 3 Solar. After switching, the Body Battery display in Connect shows a correct total, but never shows the change or charged/drained values either in numeric form or on the graph. Please see enclosed photos. All other metrics seem to work perfectly and there are no errors or issues with syncing.

    Did you set Instinct 3 as the Primary Wearable Device?

    Yes, it's my only device as I removed the 2 Solar as soon as I got the 3.

    Yesterday I removed the watch from the app (meaning there were no watches associated at all at that point) then logged out of all Garmin apps, did a soft reset of the watch and waited 6 hours before re-joining it to the app. The results were exactly the same.. all metrics work except Body Battery which shows the total on the widget but not increase/decrease.
