How to pair Garmin forerunner 965 with Samsung Galaxy Ultra 25

I have the garmin connect App installed, my Galaxy ultra 25 will find the watch, however it will say pairing failed. It never gives me a pairing code or prompts for a code. I have Un and re installed the connect app, i have factory reset the watch multiple times. I have connected the watch to express and is fully updated. how can i fix this issue?

Make sure you never add the watch to bluetooth devices on the phone. Remove it if added. Garmin Connect will add it for you.

Remove the watch from the list of Bluetooth devices on the phone before setting the watch into the pairing mode, and pairing exclusively from within the Garmin Connect app. That's the ultimate condition…

Thats the plan today. I have followed every how-to on forums to youtube. Thinking the watch is defective. Was hoping maybe someone on here had the same issue and hit a magic button and would let me know…

Also please describe in maximum of details, step by step, how exactly you are pairing the watch. Or make a video documenting it, and post it here. You may be missing some steps.

Support did tell me the watch should show in the Bluetooth list and it's not. Support tried things on their end to resolve. There's an issue with the Bluetooth. Idk why it doesn't work but it doesn't. You really think I wanted to pay another 160$ for a watch?

Apparently you do not want any help, since you did not answer any of the questions that could help pinpointing the problem and solving your problem. So yes, I guess you prefer buying a new watch or paying for the replacement. Sorry, I cannot help you if you refuse to cooperate.

I am currently taking photos for you as we speak. I went through this whole process with support. I have used 3 DIFFERENT PHONES and none will connect it. If you cant help that's fine. We can FACETIME AND I CAN SHOW YOU FIRST HAND IT DOES NOT WORK

Pictures are provided step by step! No garmin in Bluetooth and will not pair. Yes it's registered to my account. Support checked the bluetooth firmware version. Support went threw step by step with me with my phone android ultra 25 and my wife's phone iPhone pro max 13. Neither phone would detect a Bluetooth connection. So apparently it's a defective watch that cant be resolved and needs to be replaced. You have picture to go by unless you want to FaceTime and I go threw everything with you in real timem there's no point in helping because you cant accept the watch is defective
