I just went through my device and toggled every display-related setting (dark mode, contrast, live display, refresh rate, etc) with no change.
I also cleared all app data and signed back in. No change…
I am having the same issue on my Pixel 9 Pro running GrapheneOS. Not sure when this started. Pretty sure I have had the colourful line before...
No colour key at the bottom.
If I tap on the map symbol in the right corner. There is no possibility to add colours
It seems that Garmin is too busy building pay-walls to useless features to debug basic app functionality. This feature has been missing for months for some. It started in 2024 for others. I have opened multiple support cases and never heard anything back other than "factory reset your tracker and mobile device," which, come on; why would I do that? Wiping a mobile means a lot of backing up, importing accounts and data, configuration of settings, all to end up in the same place.
When I got a new phone, I installed this app and looked back at my old tracks an they were still black with no speed data colorized. However, the speed data is there, as evidenced by the browser view of the same activities.
