HR Vivomove

For the last 6 months the display on my HR Vivomove has disappeared. So I am unable to pair my phone to the Garmin app to change the time.

Unable to pair because I cannot see the pin on the screen, it used to be a 5 digit number. Tried the default pin suggested but nothing works.

Any help with this would be great.
