No unlock code

All of a sudden my vivo active 3 is displaying an error message "no unlock code".

Why has this suddenly appeared and how do I resolve the problem,?

Sounds like it's coming from a Connect IQ app or watch face you've installed. Usually from a paid or donation-based app. If that's the case, either pay for the app to get a code, or uninstall it.
