It has stopped updating after November 28. I have add multiple runs after these with better time and distance. But yet it isn't updating. I have even tried resetting the watch. But no luck.

Verify you Max HR. If you have the auto-detection enabled, it may have been accidentally set to a high value, and since you have to spend 10 continuous minutes with the HR above 70% of the Max HR, it may be now more difficult to meet that condition.
For other possible reasons, check out the following article: My Recorded Activity Did Not Update the VO2 Max Estimate | Garmin Customer Support

Link to today's run. Changed Max HR to 175
Frankly told, this activity looks like it should indeed have triggered a VO₂max value. It meets all the required conditions: it is longer than 15 min, recorded with GPS, and the HR does not drop (with a reserve) below 70% of Max HR (123 bpm).
In fact your Max HR is likely over 180, rather close to 190, and even with that setting, the conditions would be still all right for getting a new VO₂max. I do not know why it did not happen. I recommend restarting the watch (Venu Sq 2 Owner's Manual - Restarting the Watch (garmin.com)) and then trying again. You should also try starting the VO₂max Test manually (see the section "Getting Your VO2 Max. Estimate" in the chapter Venu Sq 2 Owner's Manual - About VO2 Max. Estimates (garmin.com) for the instructions).
If it does not help, then resetting the watch to factory defaults would be the next step (Venu Sq 2 Owner's Manual - Resetting All Default Settings (garmin.com)). And if still not OK, then contact Garmin's Product Support through their website at https://support.garmin.com
I have the same issue with the Venu Sq 2 too. My Vo2 max updated until November 29. I contacted Garmin Support earlier this week. They told me to reset the watch, but no luck either. Only thing I can remember is that my watch did some updates around that date. Maybe it has something to do with that?
