Today sleep duration has disappeared from the app and the sleep score has moved to the bottom

There hasn't been an app update, but suddenly today stuff has moved around on the main screen. My sleep duration and sleep score when available are shown close to the top somewhere, but then weren't showing up today. I found the sleep score right at the bottom of the main screen though.

I went to "edit my day" and see sleep score is right at the bottom, but I didn't put it there. Also the sleep duration has completely disappeared and I cant enable it again - it's not in the hidden cards section or even in the "health stats" menu.

Have the normal sleep duration and the sleep score tiles been combined into 1 now?

  • I have found that the pulse Ox and respiration overlays are available for the sleep timeline graph, but you need to scroll sideways under the graph to be able to select them which might not always be obvious depending on the width of your phone screen.

Under the timeline graph I have the options:

"Awake/Restlessness" "Heart Rate" "Body Battery" "Pulse Ox" "Respiration"

  • Sleep data is the reason I bought mine also. This change is horrible. I also don't like that it only tracks one sleep event per day. I work two jobs and often sleep in two short cycles. I called Garmin today to complain. They said they were getting a lot of negative feedback about the sleep data change. I hope they change this, or I'll be shopping for a new device.

  • By combining Sleep data with Sleep Score came with the removal of tracking Sleep circular graph, which told how many minutes of REM, deep, relax, and awake during your sleep and it was on the home screen for quick review of your night's sleep. THAT WAS ONE OF MY MAIN PART OF THE APP THAT I USED. Still has the time-line graph but no total minutes except I think REM. I noticed that BP is now available on the home screen which I think is important for many but was it at the sacrifice of one of options that I purchased Garmin for. Personally I used the Sleep Score less because it wasn't all that accurate as it doesn't include any additional sleep times during the day. Bring back the sleep section that has totals of different parts of sleeping  and on the home quick reference.

  • Oh how I hate this change Disappointed

  • Same issue with me as well. This is the first time I saw someone else ask about it. I have not seen any KBs from Garmin providing details on the change and why, or when they will fix it. Disappointed about that. I'm on a Forerunner. I liked it better the way it was.
