    Same problem - same solution. Read the top pinned answer.

  • The problem seemed caused by bad connection between the watch and the phone. I found the way to fix it. Just turn off the Bluetooth of the phone and wait for a couple of seconds, then turn the Bluetooth back on and let it reconnect the watch. The vigorous days will be recognized and the fitness age will be corrected on the next update.
