- My garmin connect for fitness age no longer shows vigorous days even though I log plenty of minutes per week
I'm having the same problem despite getting a bunch of vigorous minutes 6 days/week. They can be found in my daily activities data but are not showing up in my Fitness Age, which jumped by 3 years overnight and now says I have a 4 week average of 0 fitness days. I found some older threads about this but nobody said how it was fixed. I've reinstalled the Connect app but that didn't do anything. Before I start removing and then adding my device back to my account again, does anyone know if this self corrects at some point?

An universal solution for all cases does not exist. Removing/adding the device helps in the case you have a duplicate or a phantom account, but there may be other reasons - for example too high Resting HR, as already mentioned in this thread. You'd need to post some data so that we can try analyzing where the problem comes from, in your case.
Another thing you can try before other attempts, is soft-resetting the watch, It is harmless and quick.
How to Reset My Garmin Outdoor Watch | Garmin Customer Support
I found another old thread about this issue, and several users suggested manually re-entering your body weight to restore the correct fitness age. I did that and it reset my fitness age back to where it was. The reference to having 0 vigorous days over 4 weeks is gone and it now indicates again that I am on target with my vigorous days. All is well again.
My Vigorous was working fine until today, after weighing with my Garmin index S2 scales vigorous days went to 0 I entered the weight in manually the vigorous days returned then I deleted the manual weight and the vigorous day stayed
I have the same problem, let us know if you eventually get a fix. Thx
