In my case, both the app and the watch show 10.46.
Have you seen the response to your other post? different software version indicated in the watch different in the application
This happened to me on one of the earlier FW version , eventually GC showed it correctly. I would say the watch is correct.
Try and un-pair then completely delete the GC app and reinstall and re-pair it?
