Sleep movement data missing in version 4.63

All sleep movement data is missing in version 4.63, the sleep phases are there

Anyone else experiencing the same?

  • The update worked for me for Vivmove Style and Connect app on iOS. Today I now have the Sleep data card in My Day in the Connect app and the additional Sleep Score card. It took a little while to show up but it is there now. The data in the Sleep widget is matching what I see in the app as well.

  • This thread was about the sleep movement data in the Connect app, which isn't appearing. The sleep movement data is still missing. Is the movement data showing I. The iOS app? At the moment only quality of sleep is disp!ayed. pressing the Movement button just slows a flat line. If I go to the Connect website, https://connect.garmin.com and select Health Stats, then Sleep, pressing the Movement button on the web page shows how much I was moving during my sleep.

  • Where's the app has this:

  • Hello snowcycle, I'm afraid that several threads about sleep data have been merged on the forum and they don't all appear to be for the same issue. When I try to access the original thread, this is where it takes me. Maybe the 5.20 update adresses them all?

Regardless, I apologize for any confusion. My reply was for the "Sleep statistics are not displaying at 5.10 - vivomove Style/Luxe" issue which was that the new sleep widget was showing up on our watches but there was no sleep data at all recorded or displaying in the Garmin Connect app. I believe THIS issue has been resolved as of the 5.20 update for the Vivomove Style/Luxe.

As to your question, I do not recall having an issue with this prior to the 5.10 release. However, I have Connect 4.63.2.4 on iOS and now that sleep data is appearing again after 5.20 update on my Style I DO see the movement data if that is helpful at all.

  • Good to know it is fixed in iOS. Both iOS and Android apps had the sleep movement issue in 4.63.0 and 4.63.1. Android is still on 4.63.1 no update yet. So I hope the next update of the Android App will have this fixed.

  • Hi i have just discovered on my Vivosmart4 i can still find my sleep movement data.

Go to your sleep data, hit the pulse ox tab then the movement tag at the bottom and the graph should appear. I hope it works for you.

  • I do not have a pulse oxy tab. Probably because my watch (fenix 5s) does not do pulse oxy . Looking forward to android garminconnect update...

  • The movement is showing on Pulse Ox tab in 4.63.1 but it is no longer overlaid with the pulse ox data as indicated by a scale on the left.

  • As mentioned, I do not have a pulse oxy tab. Garminconnect 4.63.1, android, samsung S20.

  • Only have a 'sleep' tab.
