Sleep movement data missing in version 4.63

All sleep movement data is missing in version 4.63, the sleep phases are there 

Anyone else experiencing the same?

  • I tried to sync with an iOS device: Newly installed Connect App on iOS, new Bluetooth pairing Vivomove Style to iOS device - and sleep data shows up in the iOS app directly!

    Seems to me that sleep data is not sent to the Android app correctly!
    Maybe some bug that has to do with the new Sleep Score feature?

  • Me too. Font too small and sleep movement flat for last 6 or 7 days.

  • Also having the same problem. I have sleep data and sleep score for Thursday night after updating Thursday daytime, then the past two nights no data will sync with Garmin Connect or Express even though the watch widget has the data.

  • Same problem, but I'm using iOS. I can see the sleep data on my watch, but not in the app no matter how often I sync. I also tried re-installing the app, but didn't help. Has anyone contacted Garmin? Would be  great to know if they're working on this...

  • It's strange because when I updated the app, next day this new score feature worked fine and I was happy with this new score thing. The next morning sleep data didn't show up in the app anymore. I didn't update it, didn't change anything in the setting. 

  • On my app: Movement button on "stages" tab shows nothing, movent button on "pulse ox" tab shows movement, but the pulse ox data disappears, yet when on the "respiration" tab and movement button is selected both movent AND respiration graph show...

    It seems only the "respiration" tab has all buttons still working properly.

    I have a VivoActive 4s where all the relevant APP buttons initially worked roughly a year ago before certain updates...

  • I am having this exact same issue following the update.

    Edit: adding that I have a Vivomove Style. I see the sleep widget on the watch but no sleep data in the Connect app on iPhone since the update.

  • I have the android version 4.63.1 and am having the same issue. Just got the watch so glad to hear it isn't a hardware issue but a bunmer. 

  • Yes, movement graph data on the mobile app totally gone even when paging back many days.  The data is ok online.

  • I have the same as well the watch crashing anytime I connect to the app
