Sleep movement data missing in version 4.63

All sleep movement data is missing in version 4.63, the sleep phases are there 

Anyone else experiencing the same?

  • I have a Tactical Solar Instinct

    Which I have sent in an email to Garmin but they keep sending me back the same reply.... 

    They have my serial number and the software 4.63.1  this happened with the 4.63 first and continued with the update to .1

    I find it strange that the emails and this forum are not answered by Garmin.... 

    So my watch is not a Vivo...

  • I have given all that information....  Serial number and software ...

    It is the app update that is faulty.

  • Same for me. A new sleep widget popped up on my watch, synced data to my phone for one night's sleep, and now I can see the data in my watch widget each day my Connect says no sleep recorded. Have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the watch to the app, turning Pulse Ox on, doing an activity, but nothing makes it work.

  • I am having the same problem.   After the last update, the sleep data shows up on the watch but NOTHING in the garmin app on my iPhone.   I have tried everything to fix it including full resets etc.   Nothing.    It's weird because it shows everything on the watch, but it just won't show up on the phone app.

    Any fixes out there other than the 8 useless ones I got from the support site?

  • It appears the original thread where I posted has been merged with another thread. I had reported the issue to Support via the Chat on the Garmin website that there was no longer any sleep data in my Connect app on iOS for my Vivomove Style - the Sleep card was missing from My Day. I have now received an email from Garmin stating that the firmware 5.20 has been released for the Vivomove Luxe/Style to resolve the issue of no Sleep data in the Connect app (it was a syncing issue). They also stated that there will be no way to recover the lost sleep data from the time that it was not syncing, although I can manually enter sleep data. I DO see the missing sleep data on my Vivomove Style in the sleep widget for this time period but not on the app. My watch firmware has been updated during charging this morning. I appreciate everyone who reported the issue and Garmin's response to address it promptly. I am hoping that tomorrow after another night's sleep it will show up again in the app.

  • Vivomove Style, iOs - also received firmware update yesterday and was curious if today it works well again. It DOES!!!

  • The update on the vivo move style did not fix the issue. Sleep data still doesn't sync automatically and I still have to add my sleep time. Yesterday it did sync the graphs later that day, but still nothing at waking up... Did the update work for somebody? 

    I have android by the way...

    I use forerunner 235 syncing to Garmin connect on android (pixel 6a)

    This is an issue since the 6.43.1 update which changed the app UI. It is the graph display that needs fixed in the app UI, the data definitely exists to show the graph as it can be viewed through the web browser.

    Can someone from Garmin acknowledge this issue and that it will be resolved in next update rather than us individually raising this on forum posts?
