Sleep movement data missing in version 4.63

All sleep movement data is missing in version 4.63, the sleep phases are there

Anyone else experiencing the same?

  • Exactly the same here

  • The vivomove style has sleep data, but it doesn't have it on Connect. This started about 4 days ago. I hate to go back to fitbit and throw out my Garmin. Fix this!

  • Merged threads

I've contacted support as well. They've 'added me to the ticket'. No resolution time, and it sounded like 'a ticket was raised, one day, somebody might take action'.

I would recommend that everybody with this problem raises it with support as well (it's a bit annoying to find, but there's a form after you've searched the support FAQ, so just click 'email' at the bottom of this page: https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?productID=662825&searchQuery=5.10&tab=topics )
  • Thank you for this update. I've now emailed support as well.

  • Have the same isse - Vivomove style. Since last update, no sleepanalysis available anymore. So I installed app and what freshly, but it still doesn't work. Happy to have found this case here, as I tried a lot to find "my" mistake. But I set it all up as suggested. Hope it will be fixed soon.

  • I keep getting a BOT all it asks is what us the number of my watch.... I keep saying it is a software issue......

I get the impression that Garmin are ignoring those of us that have the mid range watches.....

Nobody from Garmin on this forum nor real people on emails.

I feel a little let down.

It is not a problem of the app - it works fine for most people (myself including). As far as I can see, it concerns especially owners of some Vivo models. Why don't you simply give them the number they are asking for? If you prefer speaking to a real person, call them, or use the chat contact option.

  • Although many in the thread have "Vivo..." watches, these sleep data display errors started at the time of SOFTWARE/PROGRAMMING updates to the actual APP itself.  If the errors are indeed only occuring to those with "Vivo..." watches on the APP, it is the APP's interfacing with those models- not the watches themselves that appears to be the issue.

I have called support and spoke with humans and just get told to wait for next update to "hopefully fix it".

  • Yep. The right side Y axis is for whichever radio (bottom) button is selected whereas the left side Y axis corresponds to the "tab" selected on top (indicated by it being underlined and title above graph).

I have old screenshots because it is interesting to compare my central sleep apnea device data to Garmin's info. I couldn't find any old screenshots showing the movement graphs working properly, but here is an old one showing the "Pulse Ox" tab with "Respiration" radio button  selected. As described above: Left Yaxis is Pulse Ox, on the right Respiration. If I had taken a screenshot where "movement" radio button was selected a wave graph (like other prior image) would display with green pulse ox line.  Now the green line disappears with movement as shown above.

  • My bad, I just realized the "Stages" tab only has one Y axis due to the color bar staying on bottom of graph... Our Y axis is the same with no radio button selected:
