Sleep movement data missing in version 4.63

Yes sleep doesnt work anymore!

because 5.10 update is not good. We are all waiting for the fixed version.

The watch software (5.10) has a bug, not 4.63.1 android app software.

I reported the issue at Garmin support chat. They opened a ticket for it.

My watch updated yesterday and synced both sleep duration and score to the app today with no problems. This might be a back-end problem, not a firmware issue.

Same issue. My vivomove style hasn't shown sleep data since 2/11/23 software update.

I’m also finding my body battery score is not working properly either l. Been stuck at 5 since the update 

Same issue. vivomove style. Stopped displaying sleep and sleep score around 4 days ago. The watch shows it ok.

4.63.1 is out but the issue is not fixed.

I do notice the graph bar and scale changing but the movement data doesn't display yet. 

FOR Vivosmart 4 Device:

Sleep on Stages tab with no toggle buttons selected displays "awake-deep" scale on right and scale lines with sleep data. With Movement toggle button it displays "high low" scale on right and scale lines and sleep data as bar at bottom but ***no movement data***. With Pulse Ox toggle button it displays % scale on right and scale lines and sleep data as bar at bottom Pulse Ox data. [Apparently these are radio buttons and not toggle buttons as only one can be selected at a time. It would be most helpful if toggle switches , not radio buttons so Pulse Ox and movement data could be displayed simultaneously with graph scales on right and left. Please get movement data to display again at a minimum. ]

The scales are there but Pulse Ox data disappears now.]

4.63.1 =I can see graph scales changing and graph height size changing slightly but data was not always displaying as noted above.

4.63 =I do not recall or did not notice when or if graph scales changed and graph dimension height changed but data was not always displaying as noted above.

Another device user should indicate what happens on other tabs with notes about data, graph scales and graph height changes when toggle/radio buttons are selected.

Have now opened a ticket with support.

Suggest everyone on here does the same to provide them with more info and raise the profile of the issue
