Now seriously - try plugging the cable in, and see whether you manage to revive the watch in that way. If not, there are diverse button combinations that may help resetting the watch, but they may differ from model to model, so there is no universal advice. Check the forum dedicated for your watch model, or google it up. You can often find instructions also on YouTube. Some tips are for example on the following links too:

If you manage to power it on - disable the vibrations in the settings. My guess is that it is a faulty vibrator that caused the problem. If the watch is still under warranty, contact the Support and have the watch replaced.
