My fr 245 count the steps also when I'm driving( this happen just after the update)

I'm in holiday and I'm noticing that the Garmin fr 245 is counti g the step also when I'm in the car..... I don't understand why. Yesterday it counts 5000 more then what i did

Probably a bumpy road, or a bad suspension. Have a look at the following thread for some tips:

What i don't understand it is that i was driving to 100 km/h ...my fr Should recognize that i was not walking...

How? The watch does not use GPS, unless you start an outdoor activity.
