heart rate graph not syncinng from my watch to connect app.

I have a forerunner 55 and everything on the watch iteself is working fine (including the heart rate graph). I sync my watch to my app and it says sync successfull (verified from device sync audit also) and all my data like my runs are getting synced but my heart rate graph is not syncing for some reason .

I have started using the watch today itself and have tried the solutions which i found like..turning the watch on/off and removing from connect app and web versions, factory resetting the device etc from the following articles.

I have attached pictures for reference, the data showing up in my watch but not in my app/web version after a successfull sync.

(P.S, on weird thing is the loader keeps spinning on this heart rate graph page many times as if it is not able to retreive the data from the DataBasebt the request is getting timed out.)

Any help?

No i can not fstill or yesterday ie 22 Sept IST.

But i just noticed a weird thing, I can see the graph now in both my mobile app and web app since 23 Sept 2 AM IST (since past 2 hours hours) which is approximately 4 hrs after i posted this. Only change i made was I turned on the "Activity Tracking" in my watch and now i can see the movement graph and HR graph both being synced to my mobile app as well as my web app.
However, I am still confused about why was this happening and what made it work correctly.

Well, if activity tracking was off, then I do not quite understand why you are confused. The option is there exactly for that purpose. Read more about it here: What is the Activity Tracking Feature on My Garmin Watch? | Garmin Customer Support

The thing which confused me is even if the Activity tracker was off, my watch was still showing me the graph for past 4 hours as shown in the pic above which upon sync should have reflected in the mobile/web app but it did not. Only after i turned it on that graph got synced from my watch to the app.

May be this is how it was desgined to be, pretty new to this. Thanks for your timely response though
