Cannot rename course after last app update

Cannot rename course after last app update (4.58)

When I rename a course the "done" button dissappears in the top right corner.

When I press the back button the app aks if I want to continue without saving.

This is the workaround I have been using.

- After you rename a course, the DONE button disappears.
- Tap the Options button.
- Tap Add Course Points.
- When the new window pops up, just tap back without…

I'm having the exact same issue. I wish that Garmin would just keep the same name as the file you are importing rather than defaulting to whatever the day's date is. We wouldn't have to rename the courses…

How on earth is this still not fixed? I'm a developer, if I introduced a regression like this and didn't fix it I'd never hear the end of it!

I found that inserting random course point (three dots at the bottom of the screen then "add course point") makes the save button reappear. Annoying work around especially as I can see no way to delete course points in the app

Exactamente lo mismo....descargas track gpx y vas a editar para poner nombre a ese track y en el momento de cerrar la pestaña de editar no permite salvar porque el botón superior derecho desaparece...días atrás todo ok....ahora algo en la aplicación no lo permite....si descargas varios tracks en un mismo día es realmente un problema....a ver si lo solucionan

The same thing in my case. But it is hardly caused by importing route. I tried to create random one in Garmin connect and when I want to rename it, the button also disappears. When I want to rename previosly renamed routes saved long time ago, it disappears. This is bug of actual versions. It always worked before. It worked also last week and now nothing. Absolutely frustrating. :-/

I can not change the name of a download tour. Saving is not possible anymore. Why is that?

Same here. I downloaded two courses and they both have today's date as the name. Can't save name change in the app. I ended up changing the course names in the watch, but those changes are not syncing back to the app. It's more important that the course names on the watch are correct. Very annoying as this functionality worked in the app last month.
