Sync issues vivoactive 4

I cannot sync or pair my watch to the app since I had a error message on the app on Friday advising garmin had in effect crashed

I can't get the newest software to load and I have no sleep data for the last 2 nights. Also, I deleted all my activities from the watch bc the device lacked space for the download.

Check the Vivoactive 4 forum. Several reports of issues since the 7.10 update.
