somehow it worked before...

Dear Razz, I think it's best to contact technical support at Garmin. I came across this thread because Garmin Connect didn't show any time in Z7 at all. My answer in the thread is intended to help those…
The Max Avg graph shows only 20s of the activity that looks like almost 4 hours long, so it is difficult to make any conclusions from it, and to see whether there was enough of power in the Zone 7 to account for at least 1%. Seeing 15:11 in Z5 makes only 7%, the total activity duration was around 13,000 seconds. 20s make only 0.15% of the total time, so not enough to populate the Z7 graph bar.
conclusion is, it should be more than 0:00 !
Looks like not, if the value is under 1%
In the second case, the 3:47 in the Z7 account for 1.3% of the total time. In the first case, if it was only that one power peak, then it was less than 0.15%. It looks like the bar (and equally its time value label) will not populate for any values not reaching at least 1%.
I am not sure, though, whether a value 0.5% would round up to 1% or not - so the threshold filtering out the noise, could be as well just 0.5% as 1.0%. You'd need to verify other activities with times in Z7 between 0.5% and 1% of the total time, to find out.

The last activity i can see with proper neuro zone is from 16th March, activity from 17th (and later) doesn't have it anymore.

I do not quite understand why you feel offended, and have to resort to this tone, but I did not suggest anything like that in my replies. I just pointed out, that Garmin Connect apparently shows the value only if the time spent in given zone is greater than 1% of the total time. I have no idea whether it is intentional or by omission.
If you tell that in earlier versions it was working differently, then your best chance to have it reverted, is contacting the Product Support and reporting it to them. It is not very likely they would react here.
