[bug] Garmin Connect doesn't show time in Neuromuscular zone

Garmin connect doesn't show time in Neuromuscular zone

which is not correct (before, i'm not sure whem few weeks/ months ago? was ok),

I can check my 20sec max avg. from that activity, and it clearly shows the power ....

  • I just pointed out, that Garmin Connect apparently shows the value only if the time spent in given zone is greater than 1%

How do you know that?  I gave you an example where it's not true

  • Did you manage to find the solution to this?

I have the same issue for the past 2 months.

  • In case anyone else is still interested, it's not a bug. You have to check the power zones on the Garmin device.
Zone 7 was set like this for me: 150%-150%. As a result, I didn't spend any time in Zone 7.
Zone 7: 150%-500% on Edge 530 computer solved the problem.

  • yes, Z7 is 150-500% , and it worked before, stopped at some point. it's A BUG.

with Edge 840 it works, and my zones are set up in the same way.

  • on my way to work, 0%, but still more than 0 seconds !  (this is with 840, and it was like this with 530 over a year ago)

  • Well, it shows the three seconds in Z7. Maybe it is less than 1% so Garmin doesn‘t show it on the graph. Shrug

  • My 20“ in Z7 during todays 1h training do not show up on my graph either. But the time I‘ve spent in that Zone does. Good enough for me.

  • please read first/starting post of this thread....

  • Dear Razz, I think it's best to contact technical support at Garmin. I came across this thread because Garmin Connect didn't show any time in Z7 at all. My answer in the thread is intended to help those people for whom the problem can be solved in the settings. Since the mentioned 150%-150% is apparently a basic setting. If you correct these settings, it solves the problem. At least for me and for the moment. The slightly spiteful tone in the conversation on your part does not help anyone and actually offends anyone who tries to contribute something to the solution. I wish you all the best in solving your problem, as you have been annoyed about it for over a year. I am no longer participating here...
