Calendar access request

I have an s62 and a pixel 6 pro. I have given my Garmin apps permission to access everything including my calendar. But every 5 minutes I get a notification telling me my device needs access to my calendar. It already has access to my calendar. Why will this not stop?

Thank you for your reply. I just disabled calendar permissions after reading this. I had turned it on thinking it would stop the notifications. So far so good!
