Hi. A few weeks ago I noticed my Venu wasn't automatically syncing to my connect app. I have a Pixel 3A; Android V12. Recently it stopped pairing altogether. I have tried all trouble shoot options; reinstalled the app; done a hard reset several times on the watch. The watch is definitely not connected to my phone's main Bluetooth menu; I put it into pairing mode then try to add to the app- nothing. Now when I try to add a device the app can't locate the watch (which is definitely in pairing mode).
Any help please???? When I go via chat I'm given the same trouble shoot options again....
