Connecting to Garmin Connect

Hello

Normally I connect with eMail address and password, but recently noticed, after entering username and password, that I was connected to another account with another unknown email address.

Has anybody else had this "problem"?

Reach out to Garmin Support. Use the chat or phone option. If you're seeing some other users' data, then that is an unintentional violation of Garmin's security and privacy policy.

You can verify your account settings on the main garmin.com page, but best to contact Garmin support to get it ironed out.

Did you try to connect with Username and Password?

Yes, I'm able to login to Garmin with either "seilogramp" as my username or my email address as the username. Either way, I'm logged in to the same account. I suspect somehow your username has crossed with some other users' email address, which is not good for either account holder. Garmin needs to know about it and fix it.

Ok. Thanks but this is very strange that I am connected to another account when using Username and Password. And normally you can have only ONE email address as far as I know

It is two different accounts with one email address for each. One of them also got the username you are using.
