Workout calories not adding to active calories

My Forerunner 35 stopped adding my workout calories to my total active calories for the day. I have reached out to Garmin for help 4 times and no one provides a solution.

I reset my watch.

I factory reset my watch.

I reinstalled the app.

None of this has fixed the issue.

I suggest contacting the Support, asking to be added to the case, and sending them similar screenshots demonstrating the issue as shown in the other thread.
