Wellness data missing

Been using my Venu SQ for a week and today (4 November) 12 hours of wellness data is missing. 

This never happened with my Vivoactive 3, however the battery draining within 24hours left me no choice but to get a new device. 

I have been a huge Garmin fan, but too many issues the last few months.
