Garmin Connect for Android

I have just bought a new Moto E7i Power and tried to download the Garmin Connect app from Playstore and it tells me that this version is not compatible with my new phone, any reason why?

Also, you can still use your watch and upload to Garmin Connect Web using…

I have the same problem. I don't know what as this phone runs on Android 10

The Motorola Moto E7i Power runs on Android 10 Go edition which is not compatible with Garmin Connect Mobile Android.

Also, you can still use your watch and upload to Garmin Connect Web using a Windows or Mac computer with a USB cable and Garmin Express.

As for a different brand of watch. I'm no expert in other brands. I would think that something like a Wear OS watch might work, but even it is not supported on go edition - https://wearos.google.com/wearcheck/. I'll keep looking as time allows.

I checked with fitbit. Their support site and specs are very vague with no reference to android go edition, that I could find. I opened a case with fitbit support over a chat session. Their level 1 support had no answer and stated they will email me later after raising with a "higher team."

Hi, I've just bought a Moto E20 and it is saying I can't download the Garmin connect app? Does anybody know if there is anyway round this?

Did you try a service like APKMirror, as mentioned in the link above? Downloading the Garmin connect app???

Can't see on there where you can download APK mirror? Also, do you know if there is a list on here of phones that aren't compatible to download the Garmin app?

Put APKMirror in your address bar. Should be the first page that shows up.

Basically any phone that doesn't support Google Play Store or any phone running Android (Go Edition).
