NO Syncing with Strava

From 25 February I cannot sync with strava.

I try to disabling and enabling many times from both apps.

I uninstalling both apps.

No result.

Only I can upload manually to strava gpx.files from Garmin.

Suggest re-establishing the connection using the web sites (not the apps) from both sides.

My garmin and strava keep disconnecting. I re establish the connection but a few days later it loses connection again

At this point I would make sure that you or someone in your family is not logged in to Garmin or Strava with an alternate account on some web browser, computer, mobile device, etc. Log out of strava and garmin from everywhere, then try again.

I have done this already and did it first time round. Strava actual said I was still connected where as garmin said I wasn't. Also during the run that did not sync I was getting strava segment notifications. And the 1 mile warm up I did before hand did sync across. I hadn't been into the app between both of these activities
