Sleep and Activities card disappeared from My day

Hello, I recently bought a Fenix 6X Pro, and everything worked fine on the Garmin Connect mobile app on Galaxy Note 10, until a couple of days ago when my activities and sleep card suddenly disappeared from "My Day". Everything is synced, and when I go trough the menu, I can see everything, but it's annoying that it doesn't show up on the first "My Day" screen. When I go to "Edit My Day" everything is checked so I really don't understand why it doesn't show up and disspeared so suddenly without a reason. I also tried removing the device from the app, but it didn't work.

PLEASE HELP! This is really annoying because I tried everything and don't know what to do to get it working.

  • Try removing and reinstalling the app

  • I've tried that. It worked for a couple of days and the disappeared again. I don't want to reinstall the app every couple of days. There has to be a simpler solution.

  • What happens if you scroll down to the bottom of the My Day screen and press the Edit button?

  • Everything is cheked. Nothing is hidden. I've tried hiding and then unhiding, but nothing helped.

  • The heart rate card also disappeared as of today. Really embarrassing that the cards are disappearing without a logical reason, and the isn't a solution to this.

I do not know about other similar cases, so that is the reason why no solution was offered. The only idea I currently have, is that your phone perhaps suffers from insufficient or dammaged storage, and cannot store the data correctly. Try making some space on the phone, check the storage, and clear the cache of the app.

  • There are literally questions from other users on this forum regarding the same issue without an answer. Phone Storage can't be the case because everything is synced and I can see the data through the menu, just not in the My Day screen. I'm not even close in maximizing my storage. I've also tried installing the app on my tablet, and the cards don't appear there as well, so the insufficient or damaged storage is out off the question as a solution for this problem.

  • Other similar problems I saw on the forum were resolved by reinstalling the app, and it was not reported that it reoccured like in your case, so I do not think it is the same case. Rather just a mishap during the installation

  • Whereas this has come up from time to time, I wouldn't go so far as to say it's a common issue.

What I can tell you is that the only times this happened to me, the reason was always between the chair and my phone where I inadvertently swiped the card off the My day display. However, using the edit button would always allow me to bring it back.

I think trux's solution should work. If you don't want to go through the entire process, just deleting the app's cache might be enough.

  • BTW, an Activity card never stays on the screen longer than until the midnight, so if you mean you cannot see yesterday's activities on the My Day screen, then it is normal.
