My intensity minutes isn't showing on my daily/weekly phone summary.

My intensity minutes isn't showing on my daily phone summary. It was there yesterday, but ot today. When exercising yesterday, my watch started showing my heart rate only, so I am assuming I accidentally knocked something and might've changed a setting.

It isn't showing in my weekly summary either for previous week's, unless I go into the activity section.
I have done a high heart rate activity for 35 mins. So it should be there. Any ideas of how to get it back?

Thanks

  • I also only have one account, but removing the device and then adding it back in seems to have fixed my problem.

In that case the device was indeed associated with multiple accounts Slight smile

I see what you're saying, but it's a poor way for Garmin to phrase it. They are different applications under my account as a Garmin user. Saying it's assigned to different accounts makes it sound like someone else hijacked my watch, but *I* accidentally hijacked my own watch by signing in to Garmin Connect *and* Garmin Connect (Web). That's silly and confusing.

That's your interpretation, Garnmin does not tell anything like that Slight smile  However, it is a possibility too, of course, so there is no reason excluding it. Especially at those who got a second hand device.

Using simultanouesly more apps is not a problem. I use all the time simultaneously GC Mobile, GC Web (on two devices), Garmin Express, Garmin Explore, and even other Garmin apps, but still use the same account on all of them, and do not have any problems with syncig.

The problem is when you create a different account (using the Sign Up button instead of Sign In) - for example when reinstalling the app, or moving to a new phone.
