Synchronisation with strava

Hi 

I'm trench.

My activité on Garmin connect doesn't synchronise on strava i don't know Why ?

Please coule you help me ? 

In french if possible ?

    J'ai fait la manipulation mais c'est toujours pareil !

    Rien sur strava.

    I've always done this manipulation and the same no synchronisation on strava !

    I don't understand why ?

    Have you done (and saved) a new Activity after following carefully all the instructions from the guide written by ? If not, then save one short dummy test Ativity now. You do not need to go out. Just start the activity on your watch, stop after a minute or two, save it, and check whether it appears both on Garmin Connect and on Strava.

    Try donig it again, and performing carefully every step from the guide. If it does not help, contact the Customer Support of Strava and/or of Garmin, perhaps they can see better what's wrong.

    You can also export the activity from Garmin Connect, and import it at Strava manually - that would reveal whether there isn't some compatibility problem with the Activity.

    Je pense que c'est parce que mon compte strava habituel est connecté via Facebook et l'application Garmin connect est connecté via Google. Comment Faire pour connecter via Facebook je voudrai récupérer mon historique de strava et quand je vais sur strava par Google je ne vois que mes activités d'aujourd'*** et plus d'abonnés ni d'abonnement.

    S'il tu as plusieurs comptes chez Strava, deconnecte toi, et reconnecte toi avec l'autre.

    J'ai déconnecté mais je pense que Garmin prend le mauvais car il est connecté par Google comme l'autre compte strava je ne sais pas comment as été créé ce compte d'ailleurs.. c'est en me connectant par Google que j'ai vu que je voyais les activités d'aujourd'***. Je ne peux pas modifier le mode de connexion sur Garmin et passer par Facebook comme mon bon compte strava ?

    Sur Garmin Connect tu peux connecter le compte que tu as activé sur Strava. Deconnecte le mauvais compte (sur le coté de Garmin et de Strava), et reconnect ce que tu as besoin, en utilisant les instructions montrées dans la discussion  Uploading activities from the Garmin Connect app to Strava 

    Ce n'est pas necessaire d'utiliser la même adresse email chez Strava et chez Garmin - les comptes sont indépendants. Mon compte Strava est aussi sur une audre adresse email que le compte Garmin.
