As you can see in the thread Training Status crash after 4.37 update, for most sers it is exactly the opposite - the app crashed with v4.37.2, but the v4.38 fixed it. So I'd suggest forcing the app to stop, clearing the cache, and restarting. If it does not help, reinstall the app. It it does not help either, report it to Garmin's Customer Support. You can also try installing na older version from apkmirror.com or apkssl.com.
