Training Status crash after 4.37 update

My Garmin Connect app is crushing every time when I click on Training Status widget after updating to version 4.37.

No progress/answer from the support: I asked if I could safely remove the .fit file from the sleep directory.

Deleting the watch from GCM and re installing the app didn't change anything.

For me, now, the Training Status widget is opening and I can see the Current status. But if I click the summary for 4w, 12w or 6m, the app is still crashing. It seems that some data from the past makes…

Yeah, me too. Happened when I upgraded from FR235 to FR245M. Gotta say, this app is so damn buggy. Not just the crashes, but some of the UX is terrible, like the back button constantly taking me to wrong…

Happening for me too. Coincided with upgrading from a Forerunner 935 to a Fenix 6 Pro. Everytime I click on the widget in the Connect app the app crashes (closes).

Me too. Crash on android garmin connect when trying to go to training status after most recent update.

It would make sense reporting it to Garmin Support, since they are not very likely to see it here, on the user forum. And if they are not aware of it, you cannot expect any fix.

I'm having the same issuer but only for runs, not indoor bike. When I try to drill down into heart rate, cadence, etc, the app crashes

I'm having same issue when drilling down on cadence, heart rate, etc on iPhone for a rum, the app crashes. This does not happen when drilling down on ndoor bike details.

Hello, same issue with the sleep tracking widget. Whenever I open it in GCM, the app is freezing, although results are correctly displayed on GC web site.

My FR945 is connected to a Samsung Galaxy S5 on Android 6.0.1 and this seems to have started with GCM release 4.36.

I contacted the support and the first answer was to reset the watch and the app but I'd like to avoid this tedious remedy without being convinced of the efficiency.

Same here. I switched from a Fenix 6s Pro to a 6 Pro and now the App crashes. Reinstall done, same behavior I am a bit disappointed as the thread is 1 month old and nothing is fixed...

I wrote to [email protected] (the email in google play store). We will see if i get an answer. Is there a bug report email available, or is my email the right one?
