Lost account

Hi

I have accidentally logged out if my usual Garmin account and have logged into an old one.

I cannot for the life of me remember what the usual Garmin account email was and ive completely forgotten my password too.

Is it possible for Garmin to recover both of the accounts that I created and make them into one account ?

  • The value shown on the glance is your VO₂max (it is not the scale of the graph), so there is no problem. Press the GPS button to see it in greater details

  • Yes, your VO₂max value is 52. That's what you wanted, isn't it?

If you do not see that data in your GC account, then you used another one. As I wrote - search your mailbox for emails from Garmin, and checked the address(es) they were sent to.

Or just make a new run to get a fresh VO₂max measuring.

  • Yes sorry I upgraded my phone today and I've re downloaded the garmin app forgot My email for my account ... the account you found for me is my old account and my vo2 max is 50 on that as its my old data and old account . My watch is still showing my up to date account with my vo2 max at 52 and my recent data. Would be great if could find that account but if u can't not to worry I'll just have to work with this one from now on.

    Regards

  • All the other accounts are non-public, hence I cannot check the email address. As I already advised - simply check your mail archive and look where the emails from Garmin are being sent to - that is the right address.

Alternatively, turn on your old phone, open the Garmin Connect app there, and look up the email address in Settings » Device Sync Audit (the email address is at the top).
