Lost account

I have accidentally logged out if my usual Garmin account and have logged into an old one.

I cannot for the life of me remember what the usual Garmin account email was and ive completely forgotten my password too.

Is it possible for Garmin to recover both of the accounts that I created and make them into one account ?

If the following profiles are yours, then the first one is registered with the address *********@googlemail.com, while the other one with ********@gmail.com (the prefix is indentical at both of them)

Do you know of any way that I can transfer all the sessions that I did in the Google mail to the Gmail account ?

Enter each Activity in one of the accounts, and export it as "Original", then unzip it, and import in the other account (at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data). You can also export/import daily data (HR, Sleep, Steps ...) in this way (on the Daily Summary page).

You can also request the full dump of one of the accounts, and importing the files from it. Request it at https://www.garmin.com/en-US/account/datamanagement/exportdata/ - it may take a few days before you get the package, though.

Search your email archive for any emails from Garmin, and try to log in with the address it was sent to.

There are several Ryan Kenyons in GC - if you used an avatar and recognize it, it might help to identify your account.

Awesome thanks is there no other Ryan Kenyon account on my most recent account my vo2 max was 52 ... but this account its 50 its my old account with my old data suppose its better than no account but would be great to get that one back sorry to be a pain really appreciate the help
