Badge Challenge 40k biking challenge 27-29 November

I made Weekend 40 cycle challenge 27-29 November and completed the ride successfully on 29th but i didn't receive the badge! I am disappointed not to receive the badge and points…

Did you join the November Weekend 40k Challenge before doing the ride? Could you share the Web Link of the concerned Cycling Activity?

The Activity looks OK. Did you join the November Weekend 40k Challenge before doing the ride?

If you are sure you did, and also that you did not leave it accidetally or intentionally later, then try editing the activity, changing the day to 28th. There were no reports that the ending day would not work correctly at this badge, but it happened at another one last month, so you can test it, just to be sure.

i've the same issue.

joined the challenge on saturday 27th and did a 49k ride on 28th

and i didn't receive the badge.

upload of the activity was as usual.

very annoying

Hm, that is all right too. Try editing and saving the activity (you do not need to change anything, or change just a minor detail like the estimated effort), or edit the title. In this way the activity gets reparsed, and the badge should be awarded, since all conditions look all right. On the other hand, I am not sure whether the processing of the monthly challenges is not disabled, once the month is over. If nothing helps, contact the Customer Support - principally I see no reason why the badge should not be awarded

I've edited the activity, but it had no effect. I think once the challenge is completed, changes or new activity imports don't count anymore.

I wrote the garmin support and hope I get a plausible answer.

I'll keep you informed. Thank you anyway
