Badge Challenge 40k biking challenge 27-29 November

I made Weekend 40 cycle challenge 27-29 November and completed the ride successfully on 29th but i didn't receive the badge! I am disappointed not to receive the badge and points…

I got a response from garmin support. Unfortunately no statement what the cause for the missing badge was. They now just set the Badge-Earned-Date for me. The outcome is, at the badges list I'm now owner of this badge but at the challenges page the challenge is still greyed out, I guess because there is no progress tracked. but never mind...

Great!

Too bad that Garmin didn't tell you what the error was since there are other users that got this issue. The solution for now is to contact Garmin Support.
