Stopped Counting Calories

I have a Vivoactive HR and all of a sudden yesterday it has stopped counting calories during recorded workouts. Can anyone please advise why this is the case or what can be done to rectify?

You also need to make the Activity visible to Everyone (click the padlock symbol up right on the Activity page of GC Web)

Does it record your heart rate? If not, then it won't calculate the Calories either.

Yeah it's still recording HR and everything else....just calories that remain at zero

On the default watch face or a custom one? If you use a non-default watch face, try the default one first. Or did the Calories stop to appear in Garmin Connect?

No this issue is still persisting. trux it is happening on watch face (default) and in the Garmin Connect app. This is the same with any style of recorded activity.

I really meant sharing a web link, not a screenshot. With the link, I can access the background JSON data that can help analyzing the issue.

You could share an indoor activity - there is no GPS data
