I didn't use my Vivofit 3 since approximatively 2 years, I tried to add it to a different account on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge at the beginnig of september and am having many troubles :
- Sync :
- I succeed to pair my watch with my phone but sync is not working
- It detects my watch is syncronizing bug there are no datas loaded to the app
- Display :
- Since I paired my watch to my account, it doesn't show date/hour anymore
- It only shows steps, goal and pair (I can try to sync by pairing... even if syncronizing don't also work !)
- I tried to change my watch settings by it's not changing anything
My watch software version is 3.40 (the last one), I tried several Garmin Connect versions (dowloading older apk) but didn't see any improvement.
Il changed my Vivofit 3 battery, made a resest by pressing the button 20 seconds... It's not working better. I noticed that when I'm on the demo mode (pressing the button when it's showing "about' informations) it displays other datas (hour, date, distance,...).
I also tried using different devices (same results on both android smartphones, can't pair with Ipad).
I suspect that the problem is comming from the watch software but I don't know how to downgrade it. May be there's a way using Garmin Express on a computer but I don't have the ant stick.
Of course I tried to contact Garmin Support but I didn't get any answer...
Can anyone help me please ? My watch is currently totally useless...
